Day-to-day responsibilities:

As a Senior Customer Success Manager at BounceX you will: 

  • Ensure our Tier One clients derive maximum value from their investments in BounceX's platform and fully leverage our entire suite of services.
  • Continuously think outside the box to generate new online campaign ideas, tailored to the unique needs of your clients
  • Devise and execute marketing campaigns for some of the largest brands in the world.
  • Serve as a client advocate internally whilst effectively collaborating with internal, cross-functional teams including sales, design, product management and engineering

Skills, experience and qualifications required:

The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • A strong grasp of eCommerce and CRM marketing, with significant experience in strategy development and execution, such as: on-site personalization / conversion rate optimisation, and triggered email marketing;
  • Proven experience in a client facing customer success or account management position where you have devised strategic campaigns, ideally in the realms of digital marketing, for enterprise clients
  • A track record working with key POC business decision makers to surpass agreed upon performance metrics, secure renewals and win upsells;
  • Significant experience utilising and drawing on data to make strategic decisions; candidate will have experience with Google Analytics and / or Omniture
  • Elite communication skills and EQ; you enjoy building relationships, overcoming push back and high touch client interaction; this will also include navigating changing client organisations
  • Experience in content development including copywriting across onsite and/or email campaigns;
  • Attention to detail with the ability to project manage, set priorities and stay organised when managing multiple client relationships and internal stakeholders;
  • Strong technical skills and the ability to quickly learn technical concepts;
  • Demonstrated success in fast-paced and demanding environments; you relish adversity and overcoming obstacles;
  • A proactive and engaging attitude with the ability to be a key player and contributor to a results-oriented team; being able to lead and execute projects with little to no direction is a must;
  • Fluent in English in speaking, reading, writing and listening;
  • Undergraduate degree from a good university
