Sales Enablement Analyst

BounceX is scaling our sales team and hiring a Sales Enablement Analyst. The Analyst will support dedicated Business Development Associates (BDAs) in researching BounceX’s target accounts, largely the top online retailers, and executing their strategies. The Analyst role combines research, strategy, and ingenuity in order to roadmap complex organizations and reach their key decision makers. The ideal candidate should have a high degree of organizational skill and a strong track record of success in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner and support the assigned Business Development Associates (BDAs) in executing of Account Based marketing plans through detailed research, implementation of org mapping, and sending of sales materials
  • Identify, manage and utilize automated technology solutions for knowledge gathering and distribute that info to the appropriate BDA 
  • Monitor regionally held, marketing-related networking events & relevant speakers (ex. One-day marketing conference in St. Louis and huge target prospect is speaking)
  • Deliver updates/notifications to BDA's when relevant earnings are released for strategic named accounts
  • Be trained on Google Analytics / Omniture to pull relevant social proof and other statistics as needed
  • Manage manual aspects of direct mailer campaigns, including breakfast deliveries, handwritten notes, packaging up gifts etc.
  • Work cross-functionally with the events team when needed to plan details of sales-requested/strategic only events 
  • Share relevant industry/account specific news articles

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • You must be able to provide documentation of authorization to work in the US
  • You must possess permanent US work authorization
  • 0-1 years (inclusive of internships) in a client facing business development at a fast growing enterprise SaaS company a plus
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, metrics-driven and organized
  • Motivated, tenacious, and resourceful: enjoys working independently and collaborating with a team
  • Persuasive and compelling - able to communicate on behalf of BounceX in formal and informal settings
  • Passionate, entrepreneurial self-starter with a healthy dose of humility
  • Fast learner who can prioritize and balance multiple projects
