You should Join Our Team

BounceX is hiring a Product Manager, Deliverability that will lead lead our efforts to ensure leading email deliverability for our products. They’ll be our in house expert on all things deliverability ranging from in depth knowledge of ISPs and the the rules they use to keep inboxes free of spam. They will lead our relationships will the major ISPs (Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, etc.) and be focused on remaining ahead of the curve for all ISP rule changes. On the off chance a deliverability issue does arise, they will be our point person for rapid resolution both internally and through escalation to the ISPs

As part of our Product team, you’ll be at the forefront of expanding BounceX's influence into your channel of expertise.

Responsibilities:

  • Build out robust, enterprise grade deliverability reporting
  • Ensure deliverability across our products
  • Monitor and troubleshoot client specific deliverability issues
  • Remain ahead of the curve regarding any ISP deliverability rule changes
  • Ensure that with new, cutting edge products being launched, deliverability concerns are being thought through and included in the product scope
  • Detail business requirements, build proposals, and collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure clear and realistic deliverables
  • Take a data-driven approach to decision making; provide proof for your proposals and suggestions

Qualifications

  • Experience developing high-impact partnerships within thn the email marketing space
  • Background in email marketing / deliverability, having strong familiarity with best practices and technical concepts
  • Able to deal effectively and persuasively with management, staff, constituents, etc.
  • Experience using data to inform your strategy and drive better decision-making
  • Understanding of email marketing + deliverability from both a strategic perspective as well as from a technical perspective
