We have a newly created opening for an Director of Marketing, Europe in our London office. If you have any interest in start-ups, e-commerce or sales, this is an incredibly unique opportunity to join an accomplished team on the ground floor and help blaze the trail for future growth.

Our Marketing team is looking for their very own unicorn. Really. You have to be an extremely talented (almost too talented) person with plenty of exposure to digital marketing who can use your 3+ years experience to take a crazy amount of initiative right off the bat. We want someone who is excited to work in this awesome environment, and uses that excitement to attract attention to BounceX through creative and stellar digital and offline marketing channels.

 Responsibilities

  • Manage all marketing channels in Europe with support from the US team
  • Digital Channels -- Inbound, SEM/SEO, Sponsored Content, Webinars
    • Qualify, rate, assign and schedule all inbound requests in a timely manner
    • Manage all advertising channels - Google, Facebook, LinkedIn etc
    • Work with the partnerships team to source content partnerships and create a steady stream of webinars
    • Handle all content calls with our partners and manage end to end logistics of webinars
    • Work with VP of Marketing to decide on which vendors to use for advertising; manage all assets needed for campaign
  • Offline Channels -- Events and Outbound
    • Work with Director of Events to curate a list of events that will both generate leads and establish BounceX as a leader in the space
    • Coordinate all logistics and lead gen for the European team for every event
    • Work with the outbound team in ensuring all MQLs generated by Events and Digital channels are rated and assigned in a timely manner

Desired Skills & Experience

  • BA/BS degree
  • 2-3+ years in event marketing, partnerships, marketing campaign management for a fast growing digital marketing company based in the UK
  • Managed lead gen and event logistics from initial idea through execution
  • Extremely organized, thorough in project management, and strong implementation ability
  • Passionate, entrepreneurial self starter with a healthy dose of humility who has excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive, energetic attitude and desire to work in a results-oriented and deadline-driven environment
  • Desire and ability to manage multiple relationships and responsibilities at a time; know how to prioritize
  • Motivated, tenacious, and resourceful; work independently, but be a team player (and understand how the two go hand-in-hand)
  • Understand the value and challenges of working in a start-up environment
