Wunderkind Awarded 2019 Great Place to Work Certification™

Leading MarTech company given certification during their first week in stunning new One World Trade Center office.

New York, NY (June 18, 2019) – Wunderkind, a category leader in device identity resolution, was recognized as a 2019 Great Place to Work-Certified™ company. The certification is based on results of an anonymous employee survey evaluating a number of areas including company culture, inclusivity, challenges, rewards, communication and leadership.

The Great Places To Work program recognizes leading employers around the world and honors those who deliver an outstanding work experience. It also gives employers a clear view of the engagement and the satisfaction of their employees to quantify the current state of their workplace culture. Only a small percentage of companies that take the company-wide Trust Index survey receive certification.

In the survey, employees noted some of the aspects that make Wunderkind such a Great Place to Work:

  • 96% of employees say people care about each other at Wunderkind.
  • 96% of employees say that people are treated fairly regardless of their sexual orientation.
  • 96% of employees say Wunderkind celebrates special events.
  • 88% of employees feel a sense of camaraderie.

Of a number of overall categories, the company scored highest (94%) in Intimacy, which measures employees’ enjoyment of their colleagues, their sense that they can be themselves and the idea that they count on one another.

“Achieving a high score on the Great Place to Work Trust Index is a big win for our company, and we’re proud to be certified,” Wunderkind CEO Ryan Urban. “But we won’t stop working until we can get to a perfect score. We will continue building an inclusive workplace where our employees have all the resources and tools to perform at their best every single day.”
